Our Origin Story
The Pamper Parcel was born from the strength of two best friends who found each other during some of the hardest chapters of their lives. Both of us had survived domestic abuse, and in the process of rebuilding, we became each other’s support network — a safe space, a lifeline, and eventually, a friendship that felt more like family.
As our bond grew, so did the connection between our children. They formed their own little tribe, drawn together by shared experiences and their unique neurodiverse ways of seeing the world. Looking back now, with all our children recognised as SEND, it feels obvious that this partnership was meant to be. Our homes, our families, and our journeys were always aligned — we just hadn’t realised it yet.
Creating handmade home scents and body treats became our way of finding calm, grounding ourselves, and supporting our own mental wellbeing.
What started as a coping tool slowly transformed into a passion, and then into a purpose. Pamper Parcel is the result:
a business built on resilience, creativity, and the belief that caring for your mental health is not a luxury — it’s essential.
Every product we make carries a piece of that story. It’s our reminder that healing is possible, that community matters, and that even in the toughest times, something beautiful can grow.
Every product we create has been carefully chosen through hours of testing, blending, and refining. We spend time working with each scent — trying different combinations, adjusting notes, and re‑testing until the fragrance captures exactly the feeling we want it to evoke. Some blends are crafted to brighten the morning and help us appreciate the quiet beauty of a new day; others are designed for cosy evenings, wrapping you in warmth as you unwind. Each scent is made with intention, giving you a moment to pause, breathe, and ground yourself throughout the ups and downs of a stressful day. Our fragrances aren’t just smells — they’re small rituals of acceptance, recognition, and calm.
Certain scented candles—specifically those using essential oils like
lavender—have been shown in studies to reduce stress and promote
relaxation by activating the brain’s olfactory pathways, which influence
emotional regulation.
